Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Any changes or cancellations require 24 hour notice. Missed appointments without 24 hrs notice will incur the above charges.

Extended Health Coverage

Most extended health plans cover Naturopathic Medicine.  In some instances I am able to directly bill your extended health provider, meaning you don’t have to pay up front, fill out confusing claim forms, and mail in your receipts.  Be sure to mention your extended health plan provider and pertinent plan and ID numbers when you book your appointment.

MSP Coverage

At present Naturopathic Medicine is not covered by MSP.  The one exception is for those on MSP premium assistance.  Here’s an excerpt from the Ministry of health’s website:

For MSP beneficiaries receiving premium assistance, MSP contributes $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year for the following services: acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry. Service providers who have opted-out of the Medical Services Plan may charge patients extra for their services.
